It’s hard to believe that it was just Halloween yesterday and now it feels like Christmas is just around the corner! This time of year seems to go by fast, and it’s time for my annual tradition of holding a pre-holiday beat the rush sale in November to show how thankful I am for you. This year I’m bumping the sale up a notch to say thanks for so many years of breaking GEEKSOAP holiday sales records in a row! Having a pre-holiday sale allows as many people as possible to take advantage of a 25% discount in exchange for getting your orders in to me sooner rather than later. Since GEEKSOAP is a one-woman company (me!), the sooner you get your geektastic gift orders in, the more likely I’m able to fulfill them in time for holiday gift giving.
Here are a few things you need to know to make your holiday order experience awesome:
- Because your order is handcrafted one-at-a-time when you order, stock levels are set to reflect how many of each bar I can personally make each week and still get the order out in a reasonable time frame. This is as much for you as it is for me: I want to be sure YOU get the very best quality soap in time for holiday gift giving, and I need to be sure I can physically meet the demand and get the soap made in time for you to gift it. During such a high demand season my most popular bars can and do sell out quickly, but never fear… out of stock items are restocked each Monday morning around 6:15am EST, so be sure to check back.
- Orders placed during this season are on a 10-12 business day turnaround time before shipment. (10 business days = 2 weeks!)
- To guarantee that your soap arrives in time for Christmas, place orders no later than Sunday, December 4, 2016. Orders placed after December 4 cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Guarantee applies to orders in the U.S. only, I cannot guarantee international orders.
- Be patient with me! Remember that I’m just one person making each bar myself, and I work on orders in the evening after I get home from my full time teaching job and bedtime for my 5-year-old and 2.5-year old geeklings. Don’t hesitate to email me if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Please know that I’m always doing everything I can to get as many orders made and shipped as soon as I can, without sacrificing quality. And know that I appreciate each and every order. P.S. – Heads up: just like in previous years, the shop will temporarily close starting December 10, 2016 so that I can take a holiday break with my family. GEEKSOAP will then re-open again in the new year on January 2, 2017! Orders placed before I close will still be shipped out before Christmas, but remember… orders placed after December 4 cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.
